Spiritual Discipline of Giving

One of the characteristics of this faith community is our keen awareness of the importance of giving, not only in supporting the ministries of this church, but also in growing in our faith and our relationship with God through Jesus Christ. As part of this growing relationship, we are challenged to provide the worship, programming, fellowship, and serving opportunities for our growing church family. We need to provide a church home, staff, mission support, and various program resources for the work that we are called to do together. Your giving provides the resources that support these ministries and programs.

 

At Christ UMC, members are encouraged each year to indicate a plan of giving by making a financial pledge. This is just one way in which we fulfill our promise made to the church that we will give our support through our prayers, presence, GIFTS, and service. We invite you to join other members in declaring your financial pledge to help underwrite the ministries and programs of the church.
