Outreach

Christ United Methodist Church is “all about relationships” – relationships with Jesus Christ, relationships with each other and relationships with the poor.

You’ll find yourself growing spiritually as you:

Serve food to a homeless person;
Serve as a friend to a prisoner;
Serve along side a future homeowner building a house;
Serve with your family, your Sunday school class or your small group in these and many other different ways.

Your life will be changed, as you get involved in ministry reaching out beyond the church walls. As you serve, you’re likely to find yourself wanting to do more and to share your experiences. New opportunities are continually being created. If you want to serve a need not already being met by one of the ministries, please contact the Outreach Committee to learn how a new ministry might be developed.
