A:  We have worship services at 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. These services are similar and traditional in format, although different choirs provide the music leadership. Learn more about worship

 

 

A:  Most services last an hour.

 

 

A:  Dress at Christ United Methodist Church is casual, however, you will see variety—everything from suits and dresses to sport shirts, jeans and even shorts during the summer months.

 

 

A:  Yes. Classes meet from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. Classes are available for children, youth and adults. Nursery care is provided for children under the age of two. Learn more

 

 

A:  We are always happy to have children in worship services. There is a brief Children’s Message during both services. Following the message, children from two to four years old are invited to go to Children’s Church. Nursery care is provided for children under age 2. Children are always welcome to remain in the sanctuary with their parents.

 

 

A:  Our sanctuary is located on the south side of the building (to the right as you enter the drive). Handicapped spaces are available for those with disabilities. We have greeters on Sunday morning to help direct you to the sanctuary or Sunday school classes.

 

 

A:  Wednesday Night Together is our mid-week fellowship time. We have a catered meal from 5:15 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (reservations are required). Adult Bible study, youth programs and children’s activities are also offered. Rehearsal for the adult choir begins at 6:30 p.m. Child care is available throughout the evening program. A:  It’s easy! On Sunday morning, check the “Want to Join” box on the registration pad, and you will be contacted, or call Rev. John Hill in the church office, 615-790-2112 . A Sunday will be chosen for you to come forward at the end of the worship service and be welcomed by the congregation. You may also want to attend the Inquirer's Class, which meets on Sunday mornings at 9:45 a.m. Check the church calendar to see when the next class is offered.

A:  Our policy states that only members or their immediate family can use the church for a wedding. A nominal fee is charged.
